I was impressed with this hotel, which has been around for at least 14 years. They have done an excellent job preserving the premises, as you can see as soon as you step into the lobby. The place looks very nice, and all areas are exceptionally clean and well-kept. The mattresses are large and plush, feeling almost like new, and they provide four pillows per bed. I appreciate good presentation, and this hotel excels in that aspect. The bed sheets, comforters, and towels are incredibly white, and the curtains, bedding, rugs, and furniture all look great.

The location of this hotel was perfect! Very convenient to everything (shopping, restaurants, all activities) yet in a rural feel. The hotel was very clean, had a great breakfast, coffee and tea was provided 24/7 and the staff were very friendly. The grounds were well kept and had a small area of tables and a grill along with gazebo. I highly recommend this hotel if you will be in the area.

Room service was offered too early and not returned. Comfortable disabled room but additional hand rail is required outside shower door also a hand held shower is essential for many disabled. Excellent air condition Comfortable bed Additional chair needed for more than 1 guest

Room was okay, but a lot of issues that need attention. The room itself was decent, but there were several maintenance issues that were hard to ignore. The bathroom trim was only half-painted, and the smoke alarm in the bathroom was missing with exposed wires, which felt pretty unsafe. The thermostat in the bedroom wasn’t working, and I had to reset the cable box just to get the TV to change channels. Also, despite staying two nights, no one cleaned the room after the first night, and I had to ask for clean towels. Breakfast was just so-so, not much to get excited about. But the real kicker was when a shirtless, bearded man with a hairy chest came into the dining area to get breakfast. It was honestly pretty gross and uncomfortable, and I decided to just grab my breakfast at an outside restaurant.No one on staff said anything or seemed to care, which made the situation even worse. Overall, the experience wasn’t great, and I won’t be returning.

The visit was Memorial Day weekend 2024. The business center was closed. The curtains and bed head board were worn. The room was not cleaned one night which we reported when we returned to the room. We gave the front desk a note about all of the problems. The clerk told us she is not a maid and she could not have the room cleaned. Later, the manager advised she could not refund one night’s stay and she told me that we did not report the problems to her which was not accurate as we did speak with the front desk . Our garbage piled up in the hall and is on the security tape. La Quinta is in breach of its Satisfaction Guarantee policy. They did not clean the room one night of our 3 night stay.

I had family from surrounding PA coming in for family gathering so I reserved 1 room through a third party site.I received a confirmation email/text from LaQuinta. 1.5 hrs before check-in they called & said they don’t rent to locals. ???!?!!
